Dave Rader

Dave is available to give individual lessons to QB's 13 and up. Dave tailors his lessons to the ability of each individual.  The same points of fundamentals are used with each quarterback, but the path to improvement for each individual is set per the evaluation Dave makes of each and every quarterback.

Dave has found it more effective to teach quarterbacks from 10-12 years of age in a group setting of 2 or more.

Not everyone plays quarterback, yet individual tutoring on a specific position can be beneficial, as well.  For instance a wide receiver who learns to better run routes and/or catch the ball will only add to the success of his team.  A tight end would compliment his team in the same way with the same skill improvement, and would increase his ability to succeed by use of proper steps.

A punter who is consistent makes a good defense even better.  Dave is available to teach proper punting techniques which includes, drop, steps, timing, accuracy, as well as consistency.

Recruiting is a process college coaches do on an annual basis.  Yet, a student-athlete and his/her family, on most occasions, experience the process but one time. Too often, once the experience ends, the student-athlete and family look back on the process and realize all they would have done differently or better.  (It is similar to a family leaving a large internationally known amusement park and immediately makes a plan on how to better "do" the park next time.)  Consequently, if a student-athlete can enter the recruiting process better prepared to experience the process, i.e. how to better present himself/herself, and how to better to know the "language" of recruiting, then the better the decision the student-athlete makes in satisfying his/her desires and needs for a college/university.  Dave's experience in this field can answer many questions, and bolster the confidence in making this most important decision.
